Inscribe is starting the year out with a bang! 💥 Here’s what’s new with Inscribe this month:

🛠️Product updates

To help you quickly identify whether customers are trustworthy or risky, we’ve added a new, customer-level Fraud Rating to our Fraud Intelligence product — an aggregate rating based on the customer documents you send to Inscribe. In 2024, fraud results at the document level are table stakes. Risk Intelligence platforms now need to provide results at the customer level as well. How does it work? The Fraud Rating considers each document’s classification and assigned Trust Score. A high- or low-risk rating is then assigned to the customer, helping you quickly understand how to proceed.

Last year, we added transaction categorization with 40+ transaction categories and subcategories, including loan payments, self-transfers, expenditures, and buy now, pay later (BNPL) to our Credit Intelligence product. Now, you can recategorize transactions as needed with just two clicks. Any customer-level insights relating to that transaction will automatically update in the Credit Insights dashboard once that category has been changed. Check out this blog to learn more about the importance of categorized data in financial analysis.

🔎 Inside Inscribe

In celebration of World AIDS Day 2023, the Inscribe team had the privilege of hosting HIV/AIDS activists Robbie Lawlor and Enda McGrattan at our office. They shared their experiences with HIV/AIDS, offering both enlightening and entertaining perspectives. Their visit played a significant role in breaking down the stigmas surrounding HIV/AIDS, emphasizing the important message that 'Undetectable equals Untransmittable' (U=U).
